Family-owned and operated, Sage Oak was founded to fill a need in personal home care for seniors. Our homes are located in some of the best residential neighborhoods in central Dallas, allowing residents to feel like they are at home, especially when compared with some of the larger facilities, which to many residents can feel more like a hospital or an institution.

A philosophy of caring guides us to provide outstanding service based on the belief that it is a community responsibility to preserve the health, safety, comfort, and general welfare of our seniors who may be suffering from loneliness and anxiety, and require special care. We are dedicated to meeting the basic daily needs of the elderly who need help with everyday activities that exceed what their loved ones can provide.

With a higher caregiver-to-resident ratio compared with a typical nursing home, we ensure attentive and specialized care to meet each resident’s specific needs.

Sage Oak is a home within a residential neighborhood that has been upgraded to include numerous safety features and modern amenities that provide our residents with security and comfort.

Each location of Sage Oak Assisted Living and Memory Care is a Texas licensed Type-B Assisted Living facility. In addition, 4 of the 5 locations have a Texas certification to provide care for residents with Alzheimer’s and other dementia.
